Terms of Service


Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the http://eloque.com.my website (the “Service”) operated by Eloque.

Your access to and the usage of the Service is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with the Terms. These Terms shall apply to all visitors and users who access, use, or any matter in connection with the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you shall be deemed to automatically agree and bound by the Terms.


Purchasing

  • All customers are encouraged to create an account prior to any transaction for a smooth and elegant experiencing. Creating an account allows you to view your current and past order(s), payment(s) and order status.
  • Customer is expected to provide complete and accurate information upon registering. (please refer to our privacy policy)
  • All purchases made are final and we do not accept cancellation once the payment has been made. 
  • We only accept payment via FPX (Direct Online Transfer) and Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) via SenangPay. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). For other methods of payment, please contact us at eloque.my@gmail.com.

Delivery

  • Items will be delivered to customers within 2-4 business days AFTER FULL PAYMENT IS MADE. Delivery is made using J&T or NinjaVan, however, any changes to the chosen courier provider is at our sole discretion. Please note that delay in delivery might occur especially during festive season.
  • We will email you with an order ID once the items are packed and shipped. Please check your inbox/junk mail/spam for the email. 
  • Please note that orders received on a weekend or public holiday will only be processed on the next working day.

      • 1-2 items: RM8
      • Every additional 2 items: add RM2
    • Sabah and Sarawak
      • 1-2 items: RM14
      • Every additional 2 items: add RM5
    • International/overseas
      • Singapore (Standard)
        • 1-2 items: RM30
        • Every additional 2 items: add RM10
      • Singapore (Express)
        • 1-2 items: RM50
        • Every additional 2 items: add RM10
      • Australia
        • 1-2 items: RM120
        • Every additional 2 items: add RM20
      • Brunei
        • 1-2 items: RM90
        • Every additional 2 items: add RM20

Exchanges and Returns

  • Any exchanges or return of items should be communicated to us within 5 days after the items have been received by the customer.
  • Any promotional, discounted items or free gifts are non-exhangeable and non-refundable.
  • The items to be exchanged should be returned to us in its original packaging with tags on, unwashed, undamaged, unmarked and unaltered. 
  • Should the item received is not in order, for example missing buttons, torn fabric or broken zipper, the cost of courier will be borne by us. We will replace it with the new item or refund the customer in full.
  • Change of size is allowed subject to availability of stock. Shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. 
  • If you have received an incorrect item, do let us know immediately via email at eloque.my@gmail.com with your order ID and we will get it sorted it out for you.
  • Eloque reserve the right to review the authenticity and legitimacy of any complaints and/or request for exchanges and/or returns of any items purchased and shall deliberate whether the request shall be fulfilled within 7 days upon receiving such complaint and/or request.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and any other agreements and/or documents that we may provide to you in accordance with the Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia

Changes to Terms of Service

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, vary, modify, amend or replace the Terms either wholly or partly without prior direct notification. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for any changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following any changes made to these Terms shall constitutes as an acceptance of the said changes.
